Lamar R. Pittman, Sr., BCBA, LBA
Licensed Behavior Analyst | Board Certified Behavior Analyst | Founder & Lead Behavior Consultant
As the Founder and Lead Behavior Consultant of RESET Behavioral Solutions, I bring over 14 years of diverse experience in the field of behavior analysis and psychological services. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). I am a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), certified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). My work is rooted in a deep commitment to person-centered, evidence-based care.
Throughout my career, I have supported individuals across all ages and in a wide range of service settings—including group homes, day programs, schools, Alternative Family Living (AFL) placements, hospitals, and family homes. My approach is grounded in challenging behavior prevention, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), trauma-informed care, functional assessment, and the consistent application of individualized support plans that promote safety, independence, and improved quality of life.
In addition to developing Behavior Support Plans, Analyzing Behavior Data and Functional Behavior Assessments, I provide training and technical assistance to direct support staff, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams. My work prioritizes equity, collaboration, and sustainability—ensuring that strategies are effective, understood, and consistently applied across environments.
As RESET’s founder, my mission is to raise the standard of behavioral consultation by offering compassionate, practical, and impactful support to those we serve. I believe real impactful change happens when we empower teams and families with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to support meaningful progress every day.

Kendall Bullock
Clinical Support Specialist
“I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from North Carolina Central University, with additional training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a focus on supporting individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). I’ve been in the field for about a year now, and currently, I support RESET through data collection, behavioral observations, direct provider behavior coaching, parent/caregiver collaboration, and hands-on training.
My goal is to help staff feel confident and well-prepared to support the individuals they work with each day. What keeps me going is seeing clients grow and thrive—I love being part of a team that helps people become more independent and live fuller, more functional lives. In my free time, I enjoy exploring new ideas in behavioral science and how they can be applied to everyday care. “

At RESET, I onboard new cases, conduct trainings for providers and guardians, focusing on evidence-based strategies, effective data collection, and positive behavioral support.
I’m passionate about promoting positive behavior change and helping individuals reach their goals. I take pride in supporting both families and care teams, working to foster independence and growth through practical, compassionate guidance. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and watching documentaries. I’m proud to be part of a company dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.”
